To become an APPROVED carrier for Purpose Transportation you must provide and meet the following criteria:

• Provide your MC/MX# or DOT#.  Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration.
• Safety Rating must be Satisfactory
• W-9
• Complete our Dispatching Services Application
• Insurance
• Certificate of Insurance designating Purpose Transportation as holder
• Commercial Automobile Liability:  $1,000,000.00 combined single limit
• General Liability:  $1,000,000.00
• Cargo Liability:  $100,000.00
• 3 Credit References       
• Financially stable
