I began my logistics journey in 1997, working for a company under a straight-forward , Freight Forwarding model, transitioning from working in local pickup and delivery.

Over the past 26+ years, beginning in night operations learning freight movement workflows from single shipments to large distributions. Modes supporting shipments from LTL and expedited Domestic to Air Imports.

My first week in, I moved a shipment same day from Dallas, TX to New York, NY. The call came in about 2 in the afternoon, I received the POD about 11PM. This made an impression on me which gave me the confidence to face logistics challenges from that point on.
